Notary Public services are available free of charge. You will need to provide a driver’s license or state I.D. Please do not sign your document until in the presence of the notary.
Block party applications are available at the Customer Service Office or under forms on the Village website. Applications must be submitted at least 3 weeks in advance of the requested date. Applicants will need to include a map of the proposed location and have any residents/neighbors affected by the block party sign the application.
A neighborhood Garage Sale Permit is required for all garage sales, yard sales or similar sales on residential properties with 10 or more participants. All neighborhood garage sales should be coordinated by one resident or member of the Homeowners Association, who fill out the permit application and serve as the contact person for the event. Applications must be submitted 30 days prior to the sale. Application forms are available at www.mundelein.org.
Temporary handicap parking permits are issued to persons with disabilities for a period of 3 to 6 months. Applications may be obtained at the Customer Service Office. Residents provide a completed persons with disabilities certificate completed in its entirety and signed by the attending physician.
Parking passes for the Mundelein Metra Train Station may be purchased at the Customer Service Office during normal business hours. Passes are issued for quarterly terms, or on a prorated basis. Alternatively, a daily fee parking rate of $1.50 can be placed in the fee boxes next to the train station. The Customer Service also had train schedules available.
