Fremont Public Library to Host Preschool Fair

Selecting an appropriate preschool can be a daunting task for parents. To help facilitate the process, Fremont Public Library will be holding a preschool fair on Saturday, January 13, from 10 a.m. to Noon. This annual event allows caregivers to meet with representatives from area preschools and receive information to help them choose a preschool that's right for their child.

The library will host approximately 20 local preschools at the fair. This free event offers a unique opportunity for busy parents to meet and ask questions of several different providers in one convenient location. Library staff has created a simple guidebook of participating providers that parents can refer to and take notes. Door prizes will also be raffled off and light refreshments will be served. Children are welcome to attend but must remain with their caregivers at all times.

This is a free, drop-in program and registration is not necessary. For more information, please contact the Youth Services Department at the Fremont Public Library, 847-918-3218. The library is located at 1170 N. Midlothian Rd., in Mundelein.
