Unique Workforce Training Programs Foster Entrepreneurial Spirit

Are you an employer looking to develop a talented workforce? Harper College offers exceptional programs to help companies train and educate workers, giving them the skills and credentials necessary to enter an ever-evolving work environment. The Harper College Registered Apprenticeship Program is a hiring strategy that is proving successful for companies throughout the area in industrial fields such as CNC Machining and Industrial Maintenance and business fields such as Supply Chain Management and General Insurance.

Apprentices earn an Associate’s Degree at Harper while also getting hands-on training and mentorship from the business that hired them. If you represent a company that might benefit from such a program, or know of one that would, please contact the Harper College Office of Apprenticeship at (847) 925‐6630, email us at apprenticeships@harpercollege.edu, or visit our website at HarperApprenticeships.org.

Interested in becoming an Apprentice? Sign-up for a free informational session held the first Tuesday of each month at Harper College from 6 p.m.-7:30 p.m. at the Wojcik Conference Center (1200 W. Algonquin Road, Palatine). Register for a session at http://goforward.harpercollege.edu/academics/apprenticeships/info-sessio....
