Mundelein American Legion Hosts Virtual Memorial Day Ceremony — Residents Invited to Participate Remotely
Due to the spread of COVID-19, the Village of Mundelein was unable to host its traditional Memorial Day Parade.
In keeping with Governor Pritzker’s shelter-in-place order along with his mandated restrictions limiting the number of people who can gather, American Legion Post 867 Commander Wally Frasier, in partnership with the Village of Mundelein, organized a virtual Memorial Day Ceremony at the Mundelein Village Hall as a way to honor all of the men and women who lost their lives while serving in the U.S. Armed Forces.
Please join us virtually, by watching the ceremony below, as we remember these brave Americans who made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation.
