  • A 10 lb ABC fire extinguisher is required within 75’ of each exit then every 75’ of distance traveled from those exits.
  • A CO2 extinguisher is required in all data and electrical rooms.
  • A Class “K” extinguisher is required in all commercial kitchens.
  • A 2 ½ lb fire extinguisher is required on all torch carts.
  • A hood and duct system is required on all new commercial kitchens.
